Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly. Add 1 heaped teaspoon (1.5 grams) of the loose leaf Slim Tea to a strainer/ infuser then place into a cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Remove strainer and enjoy warm or chilled over ice.
